Services described
We provide educational training on technical analysis for momentum indicator use. Content on this site is informational. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, sell brokerage access, or offer investment advice tailored to your portfolio.
No financial advice
Charts, examples, and homework packs are teaching materials. They are not recommendations to buy or sell any security, currency, or derivative. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk.
Bookings & fees
Session fees listed on the site are informational. A seat becomes binding only after written confirmation from us and agreement on payment terms. This website does not process payments or checkout.
Intellectual property
Course materials, worksheets, chart packs, and site content remain our property. You may use them for personal study. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of materials without written permission is prohibited.
Conduct
Participants must not disrupt live sessions, share login links for online rooms, or harass other attendees. We may remove a participant who breaches this standard without refund beyond what the refund policy allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automated Software Solutions is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability related to a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Daegu shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
