Data we collect
When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, optional session interest, and message content. If you enrol, we may also keep payment references (handled offline), attendance notes, and chart materials you voluntarily submit for mentoring.
Purpose & legal basis
We process inquiry data to respond to seat requests and curriculum questions. We process enrolment data to deliver training, issue materials, and manage refunds. Processing is based on your request for pre-contract steps, contract performance, and our legitimate interest in operating a small training practice securely.
Cookies

Retention
Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing enrolment discussion. Enrolment and billing records are kept for up to 5 years for accounting and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymised where feasible.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use email or scheduling tools that process data on our instructions. If required by Korean law or a lawful request, we may disclose limited information to authorities.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside Korea, we select providers with appropriate safeguards and contractual protections consistent with applicable Korean privacy requirements.
Your rights
Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Security
We use access controls and prudent storage practices appropriate to a small practice. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or brokerage credentials in forms or email.
